William Doebele

William Doebele is Frank Backus Williams Professor of Urban Planning and Design (Emeritus) and the Emeritus Curator of the Loeb Fellowship Program at Harvard University. He is a graduate of Princeton University in government, the Harvard Law School, and the University of California, Berkeley, in city and regional planning. His interests lie in land use law, land tenure, land use controls, land markets, environmental controls, and the implementation of physical planning and design, both in the U.S. and other countries.
