Rosalind Greenstein

Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative

Rosalind Greenstein is the former Chair of the Department of Economic and Community Development at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy. Roz’s work focused on community land trusts as a value capture mechanism; the fiscal dimensions of planning; neighborhood and urban revitalization, and the Institute’s City, Land and The University project. She co-edited Urban-Suburban Interdependencies with Wim Wiewel and Recycling the City with Yesim Sungu-Eryilmaz. She serves on the editorial board of the Journal of the American Planning Association and on the Interim Board of the National Community Land Trust Network. She earned a PhD in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and a BA in economics from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
