Frank Uffen

Frank Uffen is an urban planning consultant with expertise in market assessment, redevelopment strategies, concept research and project development. Mr. Uffen started his career in Amsterdam at DE LIJN Office for Urban Development. With the partners from DE LIJN he established consulting and development firm NADC in New York City in 2002. He conducted studies and projects for private and public organizations in Europe and the United States. International market and development research include projects in the United States, the Netherlands, France, and China. Mr. Uffen has a M.A. in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Amsterdam. He is currently based in Madrid, Spain.
