Fernando Rojas

The World Bank

Fernando Rojas is a Lead Public Sector Management Specialist at the World Bank. He has led several World Bank projects on State Reform, Fiscal Policies and Institutional Development at the Subnational Level in countries like Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Paraguay and Peru. He earned his Master Degree in Public Administration at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University; and his LL.M and International Tax Program Certificate at the Harvard Law School. He also completed Law Studies at the Law School, Rosario University in Bogota, Colombia (11/1970). Additionally, he was a Visiting Fellow on State Reform and Urban Development at Harvard University; Visiting Professor, Osgoode Hall Law School, York University in Toronto, Canada; University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands (Fall Semester, 1989), as well as other universities including the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, the Law School at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and University of Los Andes in Bogota, Colombia. He is the author of several books and articles on economics and public finance.
