Manufactured Housing Factsheets

As the largest source of unsubsidized affordable housing in America, manufactured housing must be preserved and protected. To advance this mission, the I’m HOME Network is publishing state-level snapshots that capture the role of manufactured housing in the affordable housing market, and the legislative and programmatic support for manufactured housing residents.

These factsheets consist of two parts: data factsheets include the most recent and relevant data on the demographics of manufactured housing residents and the manufactured housing industry, and policy factsheets provide an overview of how state policy environments encourage or discourage broader adoption of manufactured housing.
