Olivia Neubert is the Center’s Program Assistant. Olivia is a recent graduate of Dickinson College, where she majored in International Studies and completed a senior thesis entitled National Parks in sub Saharan Africa: The Argument for Social, Economic, and Environmental Promotion. At Dickinson, she served as a Resident Advisor and Research Assistant in Security Studies, creating presentations for professional and student audiences on issues of national security and organizing a student trip to Pearl Harbor during her senior year.
