Zhou Yang

Zhou Yang is an assistant professor at Robert Morris University. Her research focuses on state and local tax policy, economic regulation, and public education policy. Yang’s prior experience includes four years working on regional economic development and urban planning policies in an institute supervised by Hubei provincial government in China. She is also a David C. Lincoln Fellow at the Lincoln Institute.
