Xiuying Liu

Xiuying Liu is a policy analyst at the Peking University–Lincoln Institute Center for Urban Development and Land Policy (PLC). She supports research on the development of quality infrastructure funded by the National Development and Reform Commission. She earned her Ph.D. from Beijing Jiaotong University, where she focused on industrial economics and regional integration. Before joining the PLC, she worked as a research intern at State Grid Energy Research Institute and China International Engineering Consulting Corporation.
