Nick Dilks

Nick Dilks is one of three managing partners at Ecosystem Investment Partners (EIP), which aims to align private capital with conservation goals and demonstrate outstanding results from investment in priority conservation properties, ecosystem services, and mitigation markets. Nick leads EIP’s investment strategy to acquire, restore, and sustainably manage large properties that have the potential to generate significant cash flow from the utilization of market-based and incentive programs associated with ecosystem services. Nick’s research interests include environmental health, sustainable cities, human mobility, urban/social issues in cities, and GIScience. Previously, Nick spent 10 years working on real estate transactions nationwide at The Conservation Fund (TCF). Nick has an M.B.A. from the RH Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and a B.A. in environmental science and policy from Duke University.
