Aleksandar Bućić is managing assistant to Secretary General for Finance of the Standing Conference of Serbian Towns and Municipalities. His expertise is in the areas of intergovernmental finance relations, local tax administration, and legal frameworks for local government finance systems in Serbia. He is also a David C. Lincoln Fellow at the Lincoln Institute.
