Abstract
This report on the 2011 Lincoln Institute of Land Policy Conservation Leadership Dialogue on "The Future of Large Landscape Conservation in America" highlights the presentations and recommendations of the conference held on March 1, 2011 at the Library of Congress in Washington, DC. Following extensive discussion among representatives of the public, private, non-profit and academic sectors, a comprehensive approach to advancing the practice of large landscape conservation is recommended. This approach would include ongoing policy dialogues, research and education efforts, networking initiatives, and the realization of demonstration and field implementation initiatives.
