Catherine Benedict

As digital communications manager, Catherine Benedict works to increase the size and quality of the Lincoln Institute’s audiences across all digital platforms, including social media, email, and the website. She oversees the Lincoln Institute’s social media presence, contributes to email marketing, analyzes the performance of content, and monitors media coverage, among other key contributions. Prior to joining the Lincoln Institute, Catherine worked at Penta Group, a communications and public affairs consultancy in Washington, DC, where she was a senior associate in the firm’s strategy division, advising a wide range of clients in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. As deputy director of client services, she also co-managed the company’s media monitoring unit. She is a proud Atlantan and holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Princeton University.
