Case Studies on Land Value Capture Implementation in the U.S. and Canada

The Lincoln Institute of Land Policy invites proposals for case studies on the application of land value capture (LVC) in the United States and Canada, as a tool to promote social equity, economic development, climate action, and fiscal health at the local and regional levels.  

We seek case studies that will expand upon issues that jurisdictions face when implementing LVC. Cases studies should help inform current and future practitioners and policy makers, with the goal of improving practice in the fields of urban planning and public finance. 

Preference will be given to submissions that propose a rigorous methodology, based on reliable quantitative and qualitative data and/or original fieldwork.
