Luis Quintanilla is a Program Analyst at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, currently supporting the Land Value Capture and Municipal Fiscal Health campaigns, as well as collaborating in the elaboration of case studies and working papers on property tax and land value capture mechanisms. Before joining the Lincoln Institute, Luis accumulated 10 years of project management experience in the private sector in Mexico, particularly in the energy and automotive industries. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an M.B.A. from Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM) in Mexico. More recently, Luis developed a passion for urban planning and infrastructure projects, which led him to pursue and complete a Master of City Planning at Boston University in 2017.
